Aeries Parent Portal Information Hub

The St. Helena Unified School District is utilizing the Aeries Parent Portal to enable families to view and update important information about their students. 

Why use the Aeries Parent Portal?

  • Update student demographic information, emergency contacts, medical information, and complete the annual Data Confirmation process
  • View student schedules (for grades 6-12) and teacher classroom assignments (for grades K-5)
  • View student standardized test scores (CAASPP, ELPAC)
  • View daily attendance 
  • View student gradebook information for grades 6-12

Aeries FAQ's

  • Parents can access the Aeries Parent Portal from any computer or device with internet access. The direct link to the portal here: Aeries Parent Portal

  • Yes, parents need a valid email address to create a portal account. If you don’t have one, you can get a free email account at www.gmail.com

  • Parents will have access to view gradebooks, transcripts, daily attendance, and test scores. Parents will also have the option to update emergency contact information and medical information from their portal account.

  • Yes, more than one parent can have a Parent Portal account, as long as they use their own email address.

  • Go to: Aeries Parent Portal and click on Forgot Password. Enter your email address and an email will be sent to you with instructions on how to reset your password.

  • Yes.  Parent accounts are automatically created when your student has a current active enrollment at any SHUSD school.  Your account username is the email address that was provided upon registration.  

     

  • Yes, every year, families are required to confirm and update their student information, review key policies, and approve important forms the school district must have on file for every student. This process is mandatory for all families, even if your student's information hasn’t changed from the previous school year.

  • The Data Confirmation can be completed on a computer, tablet, and most mobile devices.  If you do not have access to any of these items, don't hesitate to get in touch with your school site, and a member of their office team will be happy to help you.
