At our site, students are divided into grade-level academic teams. Each grade-level team of teachers creates an atmosphere of trust and success for all students. These teams are made up of one teacher in each of the core areas: English, Science, Math and History.
They meet together weekly to plan cross curricular lessons, discuss students, meet with parents, and coordinate their teaching so that students’ needs can be most effectively met.

Each student receives daily instruction in math, science, social studies, English, physical education, enrichment/elective or intervention classes.
Spanish instruction is differentiated between Advanced Spanish and Teaching Proficiency Through Reading and Storytelling (TPRS).
